How to Quit Smoking

It’s not too late. You can quit smoking cigarettes. You can break the chain of addiction.

In this blog post I will write about how to quit smoking cigarettes. Essentially, the only way I have found to quit smoking permanently is by reading and fully understanding a very powerful book which I am going to tell you about. If you are a cigarette smoker, I am going to recommend you read this book that changed my life forever over 6 years ago. The book is called Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking.

Why this book is powerful

Who was Allen Carr? Allen Carr was a chain smoker who at one point supposedly smoked upwards of 100 cigarettes per day. One day, Allen Carr discovered his method of quitting and it is now known as Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking.

Since this is a copyrighted quit smoking method I cannot explain to you here exactly how the method works, you’ll need to acquire or borrow the book for that, but I believe I am allowed to give you a brief summary of the book.

Allen Carr’s method focuses on teaching you all about the nuts and bolts of addiction to nicotine. As a smoker, you probably never really thought too much about exactly why you smoke. You just know that you often crave a cigarette and when you light one you feel better.

Allen Carr’s Easy Way method works by breaking down the hidden chains of addiction that we do not even realize are happening to us as we smoke cigarettes. You really need to listen to or pick up a copy of the book in order to hear all the steps involved in the method. There are many hidden and subtle facets to smoking that most smokers are not aware of.

There is one quote from the book that pretty much sums up the situation with smoking. Allen Carr says that smoking is the most insidious trap that “humans and nature have combined to devise”. As you may know, nicotine is an addictive drug in nature. However, cigarette companies understand this and have packaged and sold to us an addictive poison called nicotine. Consequently, millions of people continue to be addicted.

In conclusion, it’s not too late. You can quit smoking cigarettes. You can break the chain of addiction. I did by using Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking. Go ahead and google the book right now! I promise, you’ll be thanking me when you have more money in your pocket and you’re breathing easier. Trust me. You have absolutely nothing to lose.
